Necander Photo & Art Printing AB
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mail service@necander.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@necander.com and send your item to: Gullbergsvägen 44, 51159 Kinna Sweden.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gullbergvägen 44, 51159 Kinna Sweden. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return policy
In order for us to have an opportunity for correction, all complaints must be made within 8 days of delivery and the complained of item must be returned in its entirety. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product as soon as possible after delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to leave the time margin for the order that enables Necander Photo & Art Printing AB to be able to process the complaint. This applies to all deliveries but is particularly important with images delivered by post or other means of transport where the actual transport handling can damage the products.
Necander Photo & Art Printing AB pays for shipping of converted material using the same shipping method as the original. Necander Photo & Art Printing AB is not responsible for any post-processing carried out on the advertised material. Approved complaints are always processed express.
Please note that the right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply to goods that are manufactured specifically according to your wishes, i.e. your pictures photos or artwork uploaded to Necander.com: “When the right of withdrawal does not apply…. Goods that are specially manufactured according to the consumer’s wishes or that have a clear personal touch”
It is not possible to return pictures ordered on the web, because they are from your own personal originals and cannot be resold to anyone else. Refers to exemptions from return policy  http://www.hallakonsument.se
Therefore, it is important to check all settings before confirming the order. Our system is fully automated and the images are exposed immediately after the order is confirmed and we can never judge the quality in advance.
Notification of return must be received via email before the cancellation period has expired. The customer is responsible for packaging and returning the product in its original packaging. If the item is not packaged carefully and is then damaged in the return shipping, no refund will be issued for the item. The return cost/shipping cost of SEK 69 accrues to the customer for the return of all or parts of an order. Reimbursement takes place within five working days from when we receive the return. The return cost is deducted in connection with the refund. The right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to companies.
Shipping is charged at cost price on all deliveries by post or other means of transport. Packaging is charged at cost price. The exception is our web services with card payment within Sweden.
Through Express & Poster, Necander Photo & Art Printing AB delivers, apart from Sweden, to all countries within the EU and with the same responsibility as within Sweden. This does not apply to our other services that only deliver within Sweden.
Necander Photo & Art Printing AB takes full responsibility for transport as above which for some reason is lost. Then we wait for 1 week and then we search for the shipment for 1 week. If we do not succeed in getting the shipment to our customer within these 2 weeks, then we redo the pictures entirely at our own expense. We must always have these time margins, and therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to order images in good time so that these margins are met.
Compulsory copies to the Swedish Royal LibraryÂ
All media for distribution and sale, that is manufactured in Sweden and intended for Swedish market, needs to be copied and sent to the Royal Library Stockholm Sweden by Swedish law (1993:1392).
